Thomas Hendrickx, MPT, OCS, CSCS
Tom is the director of Pacific Coast Physical Therapy and a physical therapist specialized in orthopedics and sports physical therapy. He is certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, one of six accepted physical therapy specialties acknowledged by the American Physical Therapy Association Board of Specialists. Tom is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a certification utilized in the college and professional sports organizations to maintain athletes in top physical condition. Tom completed his Masters of Physical Therapy degree at Western University in Pomona, California. Throughout his experience in the field Tom has treated or with worked with many players from The National Football League (NFL), The National Basketball Association (NBA), and the NCAA representing baseball, basketball, tennis, track and field, football and La Crosse.
Kristy N. Wachter, MPT
Kristy earned her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She worked in a regional trauma center practicing acute care as well as in an outpatient orthopedic private practice in York, Pennsylvania before relocating to Orange County in 2002. Kristy specializes in orthopedics, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Kristy continues to advance her physical therapy education in the fields of Pilates and Vestibular conditions.
Virginia M. Trimble, DPT
Virginia has been a licensed physical therapist since 2000. She has been practicing in Southern California specializing in orthopedics, spine, neurology, and sports rehabilitation. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Western University in Pomona, California in 2005. Prior to her education at Western University, Virginia received two masters degrees in physical therapy. She completed her degrees at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California and Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California.
Teresa Ellington, Pilates Instructor
Teresa is our resident Pilates instructor here at the clinic. She received her certification from the highly acclaimed Pilates program at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California with merit awards and advanced standing. Teresa earned her Bachelors of Arts in Dance from California State University, Long Beach. She has been teaching private Pilates sessions since 2001, incorporating her knowledge of movement and body alignment in designing programs to suit the needs of the individual. Teresa is currently undergoing training in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®.
